Private Sessions
Private Lessons are so much fun! The one-on-one dynamic allows me to cater the session specifically to what you need on any given day. I draw from the wonderful tools of the physical (asana) yoga practice, breath work to release tension and bring balance to the body, and mindfulness techniques to help you let go of anxiety and stress (and the undesirable effects of both) or whatever other mental blocks are going on for you. I've taught private lessons to students age 14 - 76, those going through cancer treatment, many people experiencing significant amounts of pain, and many who are simply looking for a way to live more fully, to be more present, and to let go of some of the tension they're carrying every day of their lives. Private Lessons are $80 for a 60-minute session.
