Classes

I like to teach a variety of class series that vary depending on the season.  Some of these will be once/week for a few weeks, some will be monthly.  Each series will be a fun experience involving yoga and other fun activities.  For example, last summer I taught a series of classes outside under the trees, once/month for four months.  Each class was built around the principles of whole-hearted living from Brene Brown's book, Daring Greatly.  After class, we enjoyed wine or tea and snacks around the fire.  Classes are a great way to meet new people and be guided through your practice while helping you to stay consistent with your practice.  We all need opportunities to take a break, drop in, and let go of much of the stress that we carry. Keep checking back often, as the schedule will change based on the weather, the time of year, and inspiration!!
